Webtender.com Includes Bartender's handbook and guide throught bartools and supplies, as well as many MANY recipes. You can also submit your own, and vote on others. In addition, you can select all the items you currently have, and it will send you a list of all the recipes of drinks you can make. Absolutely fantastic! Cheers!

I like www.idrink.com because you can list the ingredients you already own, and the site can tell you what drinks you can make. It also has user ratings of the drinks. The downside is there are no pictures, and presentation is important when it comes to mixology.
