I have a bottle of Spirytus Polish Vodka (95% alcohol) and I wanted to know how long does it last sealed and how long does it last once the seal is broken?

I am going on stored at room temp out of sunlight.

It is a similar alcohol to Everclear (96%) which can be purchased in some US States.

If the cap stays on tight, even after it's opened, it will last just about forever. You will be able to bequeath it to your grandchildren and it will be safe for them to drink.

You have your strengths reversed. Everclear is 95% (190 proof) and Spyritus is 96% (192 proof), unless you buy it in Poland, where the potato-based Spyritus is 193 proof. I guess they figure that you have to be Polish to handle the stronger stuff.

Anyhoo, either of them will remain good almost indefinitely if you can keep the alcohol from evaporating.

It's not pure alcohol. It's just ultra-high proof spirit. Like any other distilled spirit, it will last virtually forever even after the seal has been broken as long as you put the top back on and don't leave it exposed to direct sunlight.

A freezer will also cut down on evaporation.
