They are all right, no bars let you drink at 18. You can go to a Sushi Bar and get a soft drink at 18, but I am assuming that you meant a bar that sells alcoholic beverages.

No way, Ive lived in Florida for 20yr and never heard such a thing as that, but you could try New Orleans, there not quite as strict.
