any homebrew store will carry them. I've had good luck online with austin homebrew (link below) but any brick & mortar store should have them too

1. if u made the drink with a certain alcohol/alcoholic bev then just look up the alcohol content of that and u will know the total alcohol level because the added ingredients won't matter. ex: if u made it with tequila and tequila has around 40% alcohol content then ur drink has around that much alcohol. ex2: if u made it with beer and the beer has about a 5% alcohol level then ur drink has around that much alcohol. get the picture? because whether u add lemon juice or margarita mix or whatever won't affect it. this is if the drink has not aged for a while and been allowed to ferment. (its alcohol level would be higher then of course) easy concept. 2. now if its the actual alcohol that u made urself not the beverage as a whole then u will need a hydrometer. u can buy one quite easily. 3. if u don't want to do that then just drink it and if u puke then u know its alcohol content is pretty damn high
