I am 26 years old. I have never drank till now. But I would like to try with some less alcoholic drinks which will not give me hangover for long time. I have never tested any alcoholic drink. Please advise some drinks which I can take when I am in any party with my co-workers or my girl friend. As far as I know, Breezers are good to start with. As already mentioned, I have never tried any alcoholic drink, I am afraid of taking anything without anyone's advise.

1. Start with mild beer like a Budweiser or similar, which is low on alcohol. It does not give you a hangover etc.

2. Move to colorless alcohol after you feel you can manage beer. Like Vodka, Bacardi or similar white rum, Gin, etc. mixed with tonic water, Sprite, Limca, etc.

3. Do not drink Breezers, it is hardly alcoholic and contains loads of unhealthy sugars and carbonated water.

Some dos & donts:

- Till such time your body starts adjusting to alcohol keep gulping water between your drink. Like, after three sips on your beer drink half a glass of water. This works with any alcohol and does not make you sick

- Till you become a pro, stay away from dark alcohol like whiskey, rum, or any malt based stuff. They can hit you like a hammer

- Never mix your drinks, like follow a glass of beer with some vodka. It will make you unwell

- Ensure that that the drink is made in front of you to know what you put in your mouth

- Never leave your drink unattended. If you need to go to the toilet, finish your drink, go, retrun and get a fresh one

I don't know about mixed drinks. If you have a competent bartender there, that's the best place for help. Otherwise, get something like scotch and soda with a 1:4 ratio. Increase the soda to taste. You can do the same with rum and coke or bourbon and water. The thing is to dilute it so you don't get drunk.

Nurse the drink. Have no more than 1 one ounce drink (12oz beer, 5 oz wine, or single shot) per hour, or even per 2 hours. Pace yourself. Drink a lot of water, and have soda in between drinks.

Any spirit is organic alcohol, watered all the way down to make it drinkable, in simple terms because of the fact its first made alcoholic via fermentation of sugars with yeast does no longer advise that the yeast survives the brewing or distilling technique..he would be ok ingesting issues like Carling/Fosters/Carlsberg, in reality any nitrokeg beers on the grounds that they have all been flash pasteurised, homogenised, triple filtered, then gassed up (thats why they are so flavourless..it`s in simple terms "actual ale" that still has any yeasts (in all probability or plenty greater probably !) in them, on the grounds that they seem to be a stay product that desires secondary fermentation interior the pub cellar, yet even after that, the ineffective yeast cells very hardly make it into the glass on the bar Wine is advantageous too..comparable reason, ineffective cells are left interior the backside of the casks after "Racking", till it`s a wine "sur lie" like a effective frsh Muscadet or Vinho verdi which capacity it`s nonetheless on its lees, or yeasts

I don't like strong drinks, so my fav drinks are Midori sour, which is sweet and has like a melon taste even though I don't like melon. And the other is malibu and pineapple. It's a coconut rum and they are good together. Not strong at all
