Consequences of a fake ID?

I want to get a fake ID and was wondering what are the consequences of having one if you get caught. I wouldnt get a legit one that would be scannable but i would have one that said that i was over 21. So i probably wouldnt be able to buy liqour. Which is fine with me cause i like beer better. But if the people at the store realized it was fake what would happen? or at a bar?

It really depends on the place your going to. The more popular or club like it is, the harsher the punishment will be. A regular suburban bar or liquor store will barely even look at your ID, and if they think it's fake they will just kick you out.



A fairly popular bar will just confiscate your ID if they believe it to be fake, and turn you away.



If a police officer catches you with a fake ID however, you'll either just loose it (hopefully), or you could be facing jail time for counterfeiting or falsifying a federal ID. You'll face lesser charges if all the other information is real except your birthday however.



You're much better off just going to the bar early, before 8, and they'll rarely card you, or get know the wait staff somewhere and you won't even be asked to present an ID. Stick to establishments without a huge customer base and you're less likely to be scrutinized.



Expired ID's of someone who looks like you is the best way to go, or not ID at all.

It really depends where you live? Some states are a bit more strict than others. If you're planning to go to a big city with a fake...good luck! Small bars or small towns may just let you in. Some of the consequences are minor like just getting it taken away but others you may get a hefty fine. My friend had one and the bouncer said she could pay him $20 for it back or he'd call the police. I guess bribery works sometimes. Good luck and be safe!

i will no longer be able to declare for specific that i understand your state's regulations, yet in Florida and Texas possession of faux identity is a detention center able offense. the guy provided with this fake I.D. is had to confiscate it. If the police are referred to as they could common supply you with a warning, they could arrest you for misrepresenting your age (misdemeanor), or they could arrest you for falsifying a central authority rfile (legal). do no longer threat it!

This transgender scammer from SCAMEROON or possibly NIGERIA who uses the email address [e-mail] and lately idgenie.tk is the worst scammer of all.



He will ripp you off no doubt about it if you try to buy a fake id from him.



He uses many online aliases and writes false positive reviews advertising his service.



Still ,he is not very smart , his nut size brain can't compose anything too elaborate so phrases like " I got my fake id from [e-mail] " are all over the internet.



Another thing he does is to post lies and bad/negative reviews about other fake ids services , calling them scammers and thiefs ( when he is the biggest scum of all)trying to deceive the readers and attract business his way.



Do not be fooled by this.I am not in any way related with any id service and i am not advertising any of them, i am posting this as a warning to you all.I am pretty sure there are scams going on and legit services as well, decide yourself based on proofs not on words.



He uses the alias IDCHIEF.PE AKA IDCHIEF.CC AKA IDCHIEF.COM AKA passportseller aka Will Nestea and many others.



He advertises his s h i t scam and fake reviews on sites like topix.com , complaintwire.org , complaintsboard.com , yahoo answers, and basically on every site/board where is easy to post.I will post this message on every site where this son of a dog advertises his scams, so he wont make any more victims.



Do not send a single penny to this broke starved son of a prostitute.



He is so desperate to make a buck that he disregards everything, the fact that he is a proved dirty thief , the reviews and complains people wrote about his so called service , and keeps on spamming hoping that will lure more victims in .



He even copied this text and changed the name to another, that desperate and empty brain he is.lol



I have contacted him confronting him about his scams and look what he replied:
